Where is my favorite place to travel? A place I’ve never been before! This mantra has allowed me to visit 25 countries on 6 continents and stand in awe of 6 of the 7 New Wonders of the World. My goal is to visit all 7 of both, and nothing makes me happier than hearing from others what their own travel goals are — and helping them turn those dreams into a reality! I love experiencing bucket-list destinations, seeing the renowned landmarks, then getting off the beaten path to experience the more local hidden treasures which are often found outside of the big cities.

My husband and I love tacking on the ‘great wine regions of the world’ in the countries we visit as we are wine lovers, vineyard owners and winemakers ourselves in San Diego, CA! As a bona-fide expert, allow me share with you all the best places to enjoy some of the best wines and vineyards in the places we’ve been fortunate to visit: The Barossa Valley in Australia, the Valle de Guadalupe in Mexico, the Douro of Portugal, the Rioja of Spain, Tuscany (of course), Mendoza and the Uco Valley of Argentina, the Maipo of Chile and the Burgundy, Rhône, Châteauneuf-du-Pape & Provence regions of France. And of course all our local California icons: Napa, Sonoma, Temecula and Paso Robles, which we visit often and have many favorites and insider tips!

I am just as passionate about planning a trip as I am experiencing it. Having previously worked for over 10 years at one of the top 25 Destination Management Companies (DMC’s) in the world, nothing makes me happier than an empty spreadsheet waiting to be filled with well-honed details and experiences that will delight my clients, keeping them in budget and having them coming back for more. I love inspiring others with my travels and am always being asked for my itineraries, recommendations and how they can travel like we do.
