Denise has gotten to know our needs and has made some wonderful recommendations for our travels. We get busy in our everyday lives and she's great at gently reminding us that she is available to help us complete our travel plans whenever we are ready to proceed. We've also enjoyed some "special" benefits at various hotels due to her handling our bookings. One thing that was appreciated was a suggested itinerary for our road trip in Spain with specific spots of interest called out that we may have missed.
