Denise is wonderful! Virgin messed our boarding up from the beginning and she worked very hard to straighten it out. She's been very helpful.

Denise consistently went above and beyond to help us organize a large party of both family and friends on a voyage. She worked tirelessly with Virgin on a few new and edge case areas where we were slightly "needy" guests and did so with a smile all along! Her knowledge of the destinations and the cruise line are also the best we've experienced with Travel Agents. In addition, her proactive emails during key milestones and as the trip approached were helpful, timely, and perfectly crafted for new and seasoned travelers to quickly understand the next actions they could take and to remember how to pack. Working with Denise is a pleasure and I highly recommend her services!
