Denise Castaneda

Denise went above and beyond to help me have an amazing vacation. I was undecided about where I wanted to go, and I gave her very few parameters to work with. She put together a shortlist of excellent options to help me focus in on the location and type of resort that worked best for me. From there, the reservation and booking process with her was seamless. She also added little touches throughout the trip that I appreciated. I was met with an in-room congratulatory dessert upon checking in, as this was a celebratory trip, and I was delivered a surprise congratulations dessert at my last night during dinner. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone.

Denise is an absolute joy to work with. She is incredibly responsive, enthusiastic, and well organized. She has a ton of recommendations (especially for food!) that she's happy to share. She not only helped me book my hotel, but also assisted with the logistics of getting to Liverpool from London. The whole trip was seamless and easy, and I have Denise to thank for that :) Additionally, she communicated to the hotel that this was a special occasion for me, and the hotel left a little personalized note and chocolates. It was incredibly sweet and I'm grateful for the personal touch that went above and beyond. I would engage Denise's services again to help plan a trip - she makes things easy and works within my budget, while still giving a wonderful experience.
