Darlene was an absolute hero when it came to planning this trip to Italy. My husband had never been out of the country and any time I had been, it had been part of a pre-planned trip - so this was our first time venturing out on our own. Darlene was there every step of the way making sure we thought about the things we didn't even know to ask about - transportation, travel documents, hotel preferences, language barriers, the lot. I'd had so many conversations with Darlene about this trip that when I was there, I found myself referencing her over and over again to my husband to the point my husband and I both looked at each other and wondered how we would have done this without her! Our flights on the way back were delayed because of a variety of issues and she stayed in contact making sure we were taken care of. HIGHLY recommend booking any and all travel through Darlene, she knows her stuff!
