Chantel was absolutely amazing to work with. Her communication was super clear and always timely. I never had to wait long for a response, and she made sure every detail was covered. She really took the time to understand my travel preferences and made sure everything was perfectly tailored to what I was looking for on my valentines trip! Her recommendations were spot on. The hotel she suggested was spectacular and the dinner reservation she made for us on the first night was the perfect was to start our trip. She was a text away the entire time and even got my girlfriend and I reservations to go snorkeling with turtles AND go cave exploring with less than 24 hours notice! It’s clear she knows her stuff and genuinely cares about making the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better travel advisor.
