Chanelle did a great job helping us select a hotel which suited our needs for remote work and a family situation. In addition, she guided us to the hotel location which provided a significant amount or restaurants and shops in the vicinity. This was critical given it was Christmas week. She had lots of patience in answering questions to ensure we would be satisfied with our hotel choice. I will definitely continue to book with Chanelle in the future.
