Cathy is the absolute best! She was diligent, well informed, extremely easy to communicate with and stayed in touch with us each day of our trip. When we had to change parts of our itinerary due to flight changes, she made magic happen to ensure we had a winter wonderland trip to Banff we dreamed of. She is truly an amazing travel partner to have in your corner, which gave us peace of mind especially when traveling internationally with children.
