My travel career was inspired by the desire to connect with the African diaspora. I wanted to witness how people like me live around the world. Beyond visiting tourist attractions, I seek out BIPOC and LGBTIA+-owned businesses, events and festivals to add to my itinerary. Whether I'm in the mood for fine dining, like Chishuru in London, or a great cocktail, such as at LA PASA Gin Bar in Madrid, I aim to prove that luxury travel and supporting Black businesses go hand in hand.
