Effortless. First class. Carolyne took such great care in making the entire process seamless. She made sure our reservation was in their system by double (or triple) checking so there would be no speed bump(s) when we checked in. Her precise attention to detail made us feel we were in fear hands (which we were)! I’ll never choose another travel agent. I refer to her as “my private travel agent” because of her ability to make me feel like we are a very VIP client.
