Cameron was absolutely brilliant booking my Raffles Jakarta stay! His communication put me at ease, and what a deal he found for such luxury! He really listened to what I wanted and went the extra mile, taking care of everything with a personal touch. His knowledge of the properties he proposed ultimately led to this one. When looking for a booking in Chicago I remembered maybe Cameron had some advise! Not only did he have good advise, he were able to look and found a great preferred rate deal that came really handy when it turned out breakfast was ala-carte, and the "free" is up to a limit. Overall Cameron has now helped me on multiple bookings. And they have all been extra positive experiences. He willingly takes his time to provide insights and help out with things not necessarily related to the booking in question to make sure I am well informed and cared for!
