Brunilda is a highly experienced travel agent who made our trip spectacular. Her attention to detail and ability to pivot when needed gave us great peace of mind and flawless. We knew she was always there should unexpected changes be necessary and every detail of our journey was addressed - from transportation to specificities of diet. When traveling, it's great to have an ally on your side. During a recent trip, my flights were delayed and Brunilda was in touch with me and with the hotel throughout and was able to save me fees from a forced cancelation of one night of my stay. She was always available to assist me in any way the trip as stress free as possible. Any client would be well served to have her as an advisor.
