Bria is the BEST. From the start, she was extremely helpful in the big picture planning of our honeymoon (what cities to travel to, how many nights, etc.) We had never been to Venice, Florence or Rome and so having her send us great hotel options in the heart of each of the cities was a lifesaver. In all three cities, we were either upgraded to better rooms or given welcome gifts. Bria handled all details and made our life so much easier. Everything she booked for us was perfectly organized, no issues whatsoever. Bria's communication is always impeccable and she is a pleasure to know and work with -- I would recommend Bria to anyone looking to remove the stress of planning a trip, especially if it's a city you've never been to!
