All good, but the check in process was not clear because it was not under my name. When I finally found the confirmation number on my email, it took them a while to look it up. Otherwise Bria was super helpful throughout our trip planning process, and took into account our travel goals and preferences. She was very available and responsive to questions and changes in itinerary.

Bria is the ultimate professional. We have booked other successful trips with her but this one to HI was by far the best. We wanted to take a cruise and coming from the east coast thought it best to arrive early to get acclimated to the time change. Bria planned our entire stay making sure we were afforded additional benefits and perks. She even went so far as to notify the hotel of our birthdays in which they delivered us a special treat of macadamia nut chocolates upon arrival. She communicated with us regularly and even advocated on our behalf on a coupon of issues that were quickly resolved. We will definitely be using Bria at Fora for other adventures.
