Our stay at Nivunki Village was absolutely stellar thanks to Beth’s guidance! The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the warm and friendly staff. The activities felt like once-in-a-lifetime excursions! Beth provided Pre-Arrival guidance that made our trip so smooth and enjoyable! We feel so lucky to book with Beth! She is so fast to respond, knowledgeable (from a lot of firsthand experience) of the properties, and ensures our trip goes smoothly. We truly feel like a valued client, even when our stays are short. There is nothing like walking into your beautiful hotel room to a gift basket curated with local specialties, and getting a 4pm checkout so your baby can take their afternoon nap before departure! We already look forward to booking our next vacation with Beth!

I wish I could give more stars! Beth is always so fantastic to work with. So attentive and quick to help. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have the exact experience that you're looking for. She has fantastic hotel recommendations as well as city recommendations. We weren't sure if Hawaii was the right fit, so she thought of other places to go, although ultimately found a fantastic "deal" at the Ritz in Maui that we couldn't pass up! It was the best vacation that we'll remember always. She also always sends extra goodies to the room for us which is so very thoughtful. Cannot say enough good things about working with Beth.
