If I could give Belinda a 10 star rating, I would! Belinda did a great job in making my birthday stay in Austin very special. What a surprise at check-in to be upgraded to the 36th floor with a great view of the city. We also received a special treat from the chef of the hotel, three delicious cupcakes waiting for us in our room. We received additional perks that we took advantage off at the restaurants and dined in at the hotel for dinner and breakfast…both restaurants, amazing food & service. Belinda made a great choice in picking the Fairmont Austin for us & went above & beyond to make us feel pampered during our stay. Definitely look forward to working with Belinda again for our next traveling plans!
