Asya was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I would call her again in future for hotel stay accommodations. Her services deserved five stars.

Asya was extremely helpful. Throughout the whole booking process she was very attentive to our needs, asked questions and wanted to ensure she fully understood what we needed. When I checked in the hotel had given away our room, and there was an issue with the payment. I ended up calling Asya, it was later in the night, but to my surprise she answered the phone and was very pleasant. I told her the situation and she took care of it immediately! She politely spoke with the front desk clerk, asking questions and very skillfully was able to assist in getting us a room with the correct number of beds and the room properly paid for. Asya wasn’t able to do anything about the lack of linens, which I didn’t expect her too, I told her because I wanted her to be able to know the further experience we had; she apologized and asked if there was anything she could do to make our stay better? I appreciated her willingness to assist through to the end. I will definitely book future travels through her and recommend her. Way to go Asya! You are top notch!
