We didn't have to worry about a thing. Didn't even have to give her much in parameters for research other than "warm, these dates, all-inclusive, this side of the continent" and she did everything else, including booking our spa appointments. She made sure to let us know before we left that if we had any problems we could reach out to her for resolutions. She even went above and beyond when they mis-charged my card and made sure it was handled correctly. Can't recommend Ashley enough, and we've all agreed as a group that we will try to do a trip like this every 1-2 years, and we'll use Ashley every single time. We all left for our trip haggard, and we came back refreshed and ready to take on 2025.
