Aparna was a great travel agent. I really enjoyed the fact that she wasn't pushy with any of her own personal opinions and was open to listening to the key considerations I had when planning my trip. She was proactive about reaching out and checking in to make sure we didn't miss any part of the planning before heading out. She was also really helpful with making sure to add my friend to the reservation last minute so my friend arriving to Dubai first could check in. Her response rate was great and if she was delayed with getting anything back, she was extremely communicative. If you're planning a trip, I'd really recommend not only working with an agent, but working with one as great as Aparna! This was my first time using an agent to aid the planning process and I'd say I would do it over and over again. She is mindful about the budget and you don't have to pay anything extra and get white glove service if it is out of your budget. The help of an experienced agent alone takes so much of the stress out of the planning process.
