Aparna went above and beyond to ensure an excellent travel experience and make sure my Bali trip was memorable. She made great recommendations on hotel accommodations and worked with me on choosing the perfect ones. Aparna worked out all the details of the trip, including making sure we absolutely great driver/guides for our entire trip that were knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. Aparna also took care of booking our tours and side trips such as experiencing the Bali swings, visiting waterfalls, and a boat trip to Nusa Penida. She was also instrumental in making sure we experienced the spiritual side of Bali during our stay in a retreat center in Ubad and visiting local temples and a full moon ceremony. I will definitely use Aparna for my future travel plans and will recommend her to friends and colleagues.

Aparna was wonderful in helping us plan our honeymoon per our vision. Based on our needs, she researched our stays and activities so that we had plenty of options to pick from; she also gave us advice from her own experience in traveling to Italy. She ensured our activities suited our needs and helped us find restaurants which fitted our dietary requirements. She helped set our expectations for the cities we were visiting and was available during our stays for any help with the hotels or transportation. She ensured we were provided all the perks for our honeymoon and even had a bottle of wine and treats delivered at each stay! She was very supportive and helpful throughout the planning process with selections and once we were at our destinations. Everything was great! We do another trip but a different cruise line. We had a great Travel agent who got me a nice credit towards the spa which was greatly appreciated.
