Anny Chen

Anny Chen is a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, communicative, professional, and helpful. She offered a variety of personal recommendations for us for our visit to Madeira, including top hotels and personal restaurant favorites. My husband and I were delighted to learn upon arrival that with her help, we were getting a special upgrade to the Presidential Suite for the entirety of our stay. Annie's social media presence on Instagram, including both posting stories and engaging with her clients, helps her stay current, "in the know", and constantly marketing exciting travel experiences for her clients, followers, and potential new clients. I had remembered when Anny posted about her stay at Reid's Palace — this is actually what led me to my interest in staying at the property almost two years later.

Working with Anny boosted our overall trip by a lot. She was organized and professional and we could tell she really listened to how we wanted to structure our trip. Booking through her allowed us upgrades and more amenities at the hotel than booking on our own would have. Anny also is well traveled so she knew some of the more local spots to hit. If someone is planning a big trip we would definitely recommend using Anny's services as it will make your trip seamless and stress free.
