Angelica Hyde

Angelica booked us a themed hotel just outside the grounds of the NASA center in Cleveland. She made the booking process pretty painless, and made sure that the room was fit for what we needed. She found a hotel that was close to every activity we had planned while staying, and made it really easy to relax and enjoy the end of our vacation.

My daughter would be better able to answer this message, but as far as I could tell, Angelica did a good job.

Angelica was a great travel agent. She made many phone calls on our behalf to make sure we were getting the exact things we wanted: such as making sure our cruise cabin had a pull out sofa for our kids and getting the 5pm traditional dinning when it wasn’t offered when we booked the cruise. She was also very responsive to my questions, always getting back to me within 24 hours.

Angelica is very attentive to my requests and has provided everything I've asked for and even more.
