Angela was awesome! From the very beginning, she gave us great options for our trip. Angela kept our must-haves in mind and stayed within our budget. Angela was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was thought about and accounted for before, during, and after the trip. The interactive itinerary she put together was extremely useful, and her tips about Mobile Passport Control and what to reserve when at the resort saved us countless hours and frustrations (down to which restaurants needed a res and which pools & chairs were worth the extra notice). Working with her gave us premier access to everything the resort had to offer, too: early check in requests, drivers, prive status, and a very thoughtful welcome package. She checked in regularly leading up to the trip, making sure everything was on track and to see if she could assist any further, and responded within minutes on the trip if anything was needed. It was the first trip I was really able to enjoy, because someone had done all the work for us ahead of time! Her knowledge, experience, and kindness shine through, and I can't imagine booking with anyone else!
