Andrea did an amazing job helping us book our vacation! Her communication for booking was top notch, answering all of our questions immediately and contacting the resort for us directly. We were met with a a full itinerary recommendation which we used to visit one of our favorite spots, Napili Beach, to swim with turtles and dolphins! My experience with Andrea was seamless. She was efficient yet thorough. Although I have previously booked stays at this hotel without using a travel agent, my stay was elevated after working with Andrea and receiving her suggestions. She answered all my questions in a prompt and professional manner yet gave me time to make my final decisions. The upgrade she was able to get us was gorgeous.
