Alyssa took time to look up several different cruises for us to choose from. She continually checked in to make sure we were ready for our trip and offered her assistance.

I was very impressed with Alyssa's professionalism and customer service! She helped us with our booking every step of the way! She helped us compare the differences between hotels and provided excellent feedback on the properties. Alyssa was also very prompt in responding back to our questions and concerns, and the booking was fast and easy! 100% would recommend her!!

Alyssa was great! We ended up wanting to stay an extra night so we messaged Alyssa to add the night, she had it done with in 30 minutes!

She was ABSOLUTELY amazing. We had booked at a previous resort for the water slides and found out the week of our vacation they were still down and she fought for us and got us a refund and then booked as at new resort the day before we were supposed to arrive. She made sure we were taken care of and had the best experience. She checked in multiple times while we were there to make sure everything was going okay and had our transfers to and from the airport set up seamlessly. She worked so hard finding a place that my husband, myself, and our girls would have the best time. So so grateful for Alyssa. She was amazing and already helped us find our next location we are heading next year!
