Allison was always there to answer all our questions. She made great recommendations for this hotel. She checked to make sure we could check in early and got our room upgraded for us. She was a pleasure to deal with.

We contacted Allison in August for help planning our trip to Italy in September. With very little time to put the trip together, she got busy! She got a feel for what we were looking for, and came up with lots of options for us. She booked all of our tours, provided very detailed travel information on each city we were going to, what to know before you go information, and gave us detailed directions for transportation to/from the Airbnb's, to/from our tours, and to each city. She provided us with apps to download prior to our trip that would be helpful in each city (and they were), and a 1 stop link where we could find EVERYTHING we needed. Whenever we had a question about our trip while we were traveling, all I had to do is click on the link, go to the day and everything we needed was there! It was so helpful and comforting! She was quick in her responses, and was always willing to help with questions/concerns! When we plan our next trip, we'll be contacting Allison! Thanks for making our first international trip a successful one!
