Alexi is absolutely amazing. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had and helped us upgrade our room no questions asked. She got us so many additional perks that we never would have gotten otherwise - $100 of breakfast credits every single day as well as a $100 hotel credit which we used towards dinner one night. Our room was also upgraded to the top floor. She made booking SO easy. Would recommend using Alexi for all of your bookings and we will definitely be using her in the future!!

Alexi was incredible, as always. This was our first time in Iceland and finding great hotels was one of the biggest parts which she helped with tremendously. Both locations were secluded but luxurious AND we caught the Northern Lights. Not to mention she helped us with a discount. Couldn't think of a better way to bring in our birthdays. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Alexi handled my booking from start to finish, making things super simple for me. She selected a hotel that provides the best of both worlds in terms of beach access and a quick drive into old town Hoi An. She secured me an ocean view which was lovely despite the weather being a bit cloudy/rainy.
