Adam was responsive to our requests about planning a vacation to Costa Rica. He prepared a helpful spreadsheet with comparative information of several different resorts for our review. We decided on the Tamarindo Diria and he handled the reservations for us. Adam mentioned he might be able to get us a rate discount, room upgrade or discounts for spa services, etc. but it seemed nothing was available at the time. Unfortunately, he was unable to obtain better pricing on airfare or rental cars, so we handled that on our own. We appreciated Adam's follow up with us after the vacation. Thank you!
