Aaron Tatad was very easy to work with and extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. He was able to accommodate us especially as we wanted to coordinate the bookings with several other friends. They specifically like this hotel so he made sure our friends were also able to get similar lodging and in a timely manner. Aaron is organized and kept us well informed of payments, cancellation deadlines and other things. He also communicated with the hotel on our behalf to help us book transport, spa services and so on. We will certainly work with him again on future travel booking needs!
