Izzy is fantastic! Super responsive and easy to work with. She gave us tons of options to choose from and made sure everything was taken care of prior to arrival for a smooth trip!! We will book with her again.

Where do I start? Izzy is the best. She helped our group of 12 (!) people get organized and take the most memorable trip. We had cruise veterans and newbies, multiple opinions on which cruise line/ship to take, various dates to check. She handled it all quickly and competently. And we ended up on a cruise that satisfied and delighted everyone! Once we were booked, the service didn't stop as she sent as reminders and tip emails based on her own experiences on Virgin. Truly can't recommend enough using her for your next travel adventure (in fact, I've already booked another with her myself).
