Art decorates the hotel walls and accentuates the modern amenities.
Comfy leather furniture warms up the industrial sitting area in the lobby.

This property is industrial-chic with loft-style bedrooms right off the highway and is close to downtown Dallas without the headache of finding parking or dealing with excessive traffic. The staff are all friendly, and being able to charge EV vehicles here during your stay for free is a huge plus.

This property is family and pet-friendly, making it perfect for a chic respite while on a road trip through the southern Midwest. There is an outdoor pool as well as outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy with family or friends. The onsite restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a fee. The onsite snack area will come in handy when you want to grab something outside of the hours that the kitchen is open. The front desk has complimentary fruit and fruit-infused water, which was a nice and welcoming surprise.

A sitting area is artfully arranged by a large window in the lobby.
The bar entrance features cement walls and a brightly lit bulbed sign.

The rooms are designed to mimic a loft apartment, with a brick interior, exposed piping, and cement walls. The juxtaposition of these industrial elements paired with the bohemian rug in the bedroom gives each room a comfortable vibe that may have otherwise been missing without that tasteful addition. Modern lighting is found throughout the room and flows into the bathroom that boasts a rainfall shower head and enormous LED circular mirror that is definitely the highlight and eye-catcher of the room. Crisp white sheets and plush pillows adorn each bed while you are surrounded by natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The particular room I was in came with a mini fridge as well as a microwave.

The Nylo sign is brightly lit at night.
The modern, industrial interior is accented with large art pieces throughout the hotel.

Need to know

I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in Dallas. It would be appropriate for families, solo travelers, couples, or even friend trips. I noticed a conference room on-site as well as several lounge areas where one could escape for work or reprieve if needed. I would be happy to book this for my clients traveling to Dallas, or just passing through!
