Curator’s statement
I recently stayed at Le Majestic in Cannes in September, 2024 with a friend. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious from the moment you drive up. The staff from the concierge, reservations team, room service and valet service were top-notch with an obvious concern for superb customer service.

Cannes is located on the French Riviera. You fly into the Nice airport (NCE), and can take about a 30–45 minute cab ride (or book a car service) from the airport. Keep in mind that the traffic can be pretty brutal getting in and out of both Nice and Cannes depending on the time of year. Uber works well in the French Riviera, so you can definitely decide to find a cab at the airport upon arrival or order an Uber.
Hotel
I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service at the hotel. Their commitment to providing the best experience and stay for their guests was obvious. It is a larger hotel with 335 rooms and 14 suites, but the size does not take away from the personal attention. The size of the rooms is generous, so I would definitely say it is a hotel that can be suitable for families, couples, solo travel or travel with friends!
The hotel is located right on the water, embodying the luxurious feel of the city of
Cannes. They also have a private beach located just across the street (about a two-minute walk) that includes lounge chairs and an inviting and delicious restaurant with seating on the pier. The hotel also has a private pool on location with multiple restaurants and bars.

If you’re looking to get in some good relaxation, reserve your spa services at the Spa Diane Barriere. For those looking to get their sweat on, a fitness center is located on-site You can workout yourself or choose from group classes or personal training classes as well.
Aside from the exceptional customer service, the location of the hotel is ideal. It’s situated right across from the famous red carpet and a short walking distance to all the designer shops.
Food: Just down the street is Armani Cafe. Grab a drink or coffee and snack and enjoy the views of the water. We stumbled upon a local spot called La Cantine Provencale, where we had very authentic, local cuisine. It's a cute little spot with phenomenal food, and the people there were so kind. If you're looking for a more upbeat and vibey dinner, go to La Mome. It's a short walk from Le Majestic with great food and a lot of energy! Definitely sit outside and enjoy.

Need to know
I would recommend staying at Le Majestic for any type of travel: romantic getaway, family, group or even solo. I had a little girls getaway with my best friend and we absolutely loved it. If you're looking to experience the best that Cannes has to offer, reach out and I'll plan your next trip to the French Riviera!
