Highly Recommended Villas Flamingos - Isla Holbox

Villas Flamingos is a luxury beach front property located on Isla Holbox. The resort, located on a beautiful stretch of sand, offers 41 eco-chic rooms that are perfect for couples, friend groups and families. These comfortable rooms have features such as an ocean view, balcony or terrace, outdoor shower, 1 king or 2 queen beds and hammocks - which are crafted by local fishermen. There are a few rooms that offer a private Jacuzzi or a small, heated indoor pool.

The property features two restaurants serving anything from fresh caught fish to pizzas and burgers, an à la carte breakfast is included in your stay. The three bars offer a variety of drinks and the servers are very helpful in helping you select the perfect refreshment. There are 3 pools on the property that are all very refreshing. One is a family pool and the other two are adults only. The property’s spa offers a variety of massages along with body treatments and facials. Also included in your stay is using bicycles, paddle boards and a morning yoga session.

Villas Flamingos staff can help you arrange special moments such as marriage proposals, a romantic dinner or a simple candle-lit bath. One night per week, the property hosts an event which features a 5-course menu of pre-Hispanic haute cuisine along with a sunset ritual of offering to the sun.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property that I highly recommend for couples. Could also be a fun getaway for families or a girls trip. Destination weddings are also available during select months.
