Site Inspection at Naviva a Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita, Mexico
Curator’s statement

In October of 2024, I has the pleasure of visiting the Naviva Four Seasons resort. This resort is unlike any other place I have ever been. It’s a luxury tented resort nestled in the jungles of Punta Mita, Mexico. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into another world that was completely serene, private and beyond beautiful.

A beach surrounded by trees and lush greenery during the daytime

The resort features only 15 luxury tents and is fully all-inclusive of all food and beverage, one spa treatment and all experiences. The tents are spacious, with private plunge pools, outdoor showers and expansive terraces that offer stunning ocean views. Naviva is designed to make guests feel completely catered to, and this philosophy extends to dining. There are no traditional menus to choose from. Instead, the resort’s chefs focus on creating meals tailored to each guest’s tastes and desires. You can simply share what you’re in the mood for—whether it’s a favorite dish, a craving or a dietary preference—and the chefs will craft something special just for you. I had one of the best meals ever while dining with the Regional Vice President and the General Manager of the resort. It was amazing to hear about the passion that went into creating such a special and unique concept.

One of Naviva’s defining features is its personalized service. At Four Seasons Naviva, the ratio of employees to guests is exceptionally high, ensuring a deeply personalized and attentive experience. With only 15 luxury tents on the property and an intimate capacity of around 30 guests, the resort maintains a nearly 1:1 ratio of staff to guests! Each guest has access to a personal guide who curates their experiences and assists with anything from arranging activities to personalizing dining preferences.

Need to know

Four Seasons Naviva is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in a peaceful, luxurious retreat. It’s ideal for my clients who are looking for a couples trip, honeymooners or anyone seeking a high-end, exclusive and deeply personal experience in nature.
