Treat yourself to Spanish cuisine at the Prado restaurant, an incredibly sexy and intimate space with fantastic wine options and beautiful views of Camelback Mountain. The resort also offers two other dining locations, the Centro for a wonderful taco and grill experience, or the Crave Cafe for coffee and quick bites throughout the day. The resort also offers full-service pool dining, as well as spa dining and even private dinners for you and your group. The food and drinks are absolutely divine, too. My favorite venue was the Castillo Ballroom, with imported Spanish wood doors, sparkling chandeliers and thoughtfully-designed lighting. The Castillo offers a perfect mix of traditional styling with Spanish flair. During the week leading up to your big day, enjoy the spa for couple's treatments, bachelor/bachelorette pampering, manicurists and the wonderful rooms.
