Location
If you're looking for family-friendly hotels in Rome, Hotel Portrait is an ideal accommodation. Situated in the heart of the city, if you stay here you can appreciate the beauty of Rome walking around and enjoying the famous Roman monuments and architecture. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from Rome’s Termini Train Station and 45 minutes from Fiumicino Airport by car. It's best to arrange transportation from the airport or the station ahead of time, which I can arrange for you.
Set in Rome's most exclusive neighborhood, Hotel Portrait is 300 metres from the Spanish Steps. This stunning property features 14 luxury studios with free Wi-Fi and a kitchenette - which makes it very suitable for a family with children or a group of friends. The shared rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the historical centre.
Room Categories
There are several rooms categories at Hotel Portrait in Rome. We’re going over three different kinds of suites. All rooms include one free transport to or from Rome airport/train station, early check-in, late check-out (subject to availability), welcome drinks and delicious continental breakfast.
Owned by the Ferragamo family, the celebrated Italian fashion entrepreneurs, the Portrait Roma luxury five-star hotel is an oasis of tranquillity, designed for family-friendly stays.
Each room has a discreet in-suite kitchenette with a minibar, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a hob, a microwave and all the utensils you need to prepare hot drinks and simple meals. Please let me know which snacks/beverages you would like, so I can treat you to a fully personalised stay.The spacious marble bathroom includes soft bathrobes and Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries. Each unit has an iPod docking station and an iPad you can use.
Timeless Suite
This suite is composed of one bedroom with two twin beds or one king bed and windows opening onto Via Condotti, as well as a marble bathroom with shower and a spacious living area with sofa bed and kitchen area, allowing you to live in absolute privacy and comfort during your time in Rome, even with the family.
Studio Deluxe
Be inspired by the impressions of Via Condotti in this spacious and elegant ambience, with double bed or twin beds, an impressive marble bathroom with bathtub and shower and a kitchen area. Perfect for small families or groups of friends.
Portrait Penthouse Family Accommodation
Portrait Penthouse Family Accommodation makes your family vacation in the heart of the eternal city a stylish and refined experience.
The accommodation offers two bedrooms with separate bathrooms (one with its own sauna) and a separate living area. The two spectacular terraces (both connecting for a total of 30 sqm / 322 sq.ft) look out onto Via Condotti and the Trinità dei Monti: where better to enjoy the magical heart of Rome in the utmost comfort and privacy.
Restaurant
Having a delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace is the best way to start your day. If you want more intimacy, they can even serve breakfast in your room. The breakfast is continental: pastries, eggs, fresh fruits, yogurt, coffee, juices and so much more. Everything is cooked by local chefs.
