Where to stay
This five-star resort is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and has undergone several re-imaginations over the past year.
The 309-room resort is situated on seven acres of prime oceanfront real estate, with a turquoise ocean that makes you feel more as if you were in the Caribbean than southern Florida.
Dining options
Angle: their farm-to-table upscale dining option.
Polpo Palm Beach: the new Italian restaurant with roots in Connecticut. This functions as their breakfast and lunch restaurant by day, but at night is an upscale Italian experience.
Bōken: their brand new 12-seat Omakase experience.
In addition to these restaurants, the Eau has the newly minted Savor, the spa terrace café devoted to wellness; Breeze Ocean Kitchen, their casual oceanfront dining option with a Florida/Caribbean-inspired menu and Oceana Coffee and bakery.
The Eau is a quintessential luxury, family (and furry family) resort, and they have updated their cabañas throughout the property, including their family-friendly ones, which overlook the main pool. In addition, they have what is certainly one of the nicest kids and teen clubs I have ever seen, which includes Melt, their homemade ice cream shop!
If you are looking for a more “adults-only” vibe, there is not only an adults-only pool, but a 40,000-square0foot, five-star spa facility where relaxation and serenity is the priority. Whether you are looking for a full day of pampering or a quick blow out, the spa and salon is a one-stop-shop for whatever your beauty needs are.
Room options
All rooms have spacious and furnished balconies. Each of the guest rooms is appointed with Jonathan Adler designs and feature either a king or double-bed option.
The suites include a separate living room and one and a half bathrooms. These suites can be combined with a neighboring standard room for an ideal set up for a larger party or family.
The Lanai Suites are located on the ground floor of the hotel and feature walk-out patios which lead to beachfront cabañas, making this truly a luxury, oceanfront experience.

The Eau is a beautiful property, but it is not located in the heart of Palm Beach, so you’ll need access to a car or Uber to get to many of the Palm Beach locations. This is a great luxury family resort or a perfect spot for a weekend couples' getaway, or even a girls' spa weekend.
