Location
This five-star hotel is just twelve minutes from the airport (although you wouldn't guess it once there), and twenty minutes from Phu Quoc's main town, Duong Dong. Renowned architect Salvador Pérez Arroyo gave the hotel its unique modern architecture and ensured that greenery or golden sand made up 80% of this seven-hectare resort. At the western edge is the 150m stretch of the powdery white-sanded Long Beach (Bai Truong), for hotel guests and the occasional local fisherman. There is also a local street food market within walking distance offering exquisite local fish-based meals at very affordable prices.
Lobby area
Inside the lobby area, one modern space flows seamlessly into the next, with an impressive winding wooden staircase leading to an overhead passageway. The equally modern Lighthouse Bar is an artistic and equally modern centerpiece, leading to one of the hotel's many impressive restaurants.
Room Categories
Every one of the nine available room categories come highly recommended. Each space is highly comfortable and features the latest in connectivity and technology, a personal terrace or balcony, walk-in rainshower and advanced Japanese washlet toilet — with the cabana rooms offering direct shared pool access. There are also Beachfront Pool Villas available for those with a larger tribe.
Beach and Pool
The beach is a clear draw for the Pullman Phu Quoc — beautiful, peaceful and unspoilt with a towel station, comfortable sun loungers and parasols provided for all hotel guests. But it's the pool area that stands out as this hotel's sweet spot. The largest hotel pool on the island, it is as modern in layout as the hotel itself, with multiple cozy spots to sunbathe away from the crowds, and perfectly laid out for a refreshing swim or visit to the swim-up bar.
Restaurants
The hotel has six dining venues on offer. From mouthwatering steaks at the traditional steakhouse on the hotel's highest floor, to the abundance of options at Salt ‘n’ Pepper Restaurant's all-day buffet venue, there's an option for every taste. The casual beach club & bar (with its own swimming pool) also offers tasty bites, with an Asian tapas menu and good selection of drinks.
Need to know
For anyone looking for a solo, romantic or family getaway, Pullman Phu Quoc is a fantastic option. The service is exceptional with a truly dedicated staff, and as for a place to relax and unwind, it's certainly one of Phu Quoc's best modern five-star options. There are also numerous activities and nightlife venues to enjoy on this relatively unspoilt island, so if Phu Quoc is on your radar, reach out and let one of our advisors plan your perfect holiday today.
