Star of the Sea

This icon-class cruise ship is the second of its kind under the Royal Caribbean family. Dated to set sail on August 17th, 2025. Complete with six record-breaking waterslides, seven pools, 40 different food/drink locations, and of course, entertainment like no other. For around $800/night, you can experience Royal Caribbean’s second icon-class ship and on every trip, visit their private island of Perfect Day at CocoCay. Who wouldn’t want to set sail with this waterpark of the seas?! And for those thrill seekers, Star of the Sea has Crowns Edge, part skywalk, part ropes course. In their own words, “Dare to look down at the crashing waves below — but keep moving. Because when you least expect it, the floor beneath your feet could collapse and leave you dangling high over the ocean. When the moment of truth comes, only the courageous will conquer.”

Utopia of the Seas

If you don’t want to wait until 2025 for the newest Royal Caribbean vacation, then the Utopia of the Seas may be for you. Scheduled to depart July of 2024, this lively ship has everything you need to keep the party rolling. With 23 different bars, you can really step up your bar crawl to new heights. There are also five live music venues onboard, and of course, two action-packed casinos. Cha-Ching!

Icon of the Seas

Last on the list (but certainly not the least), is the one-of-a-kind, Icon of the Seas. With it being the first of its kind, ‘icon’ is definitely not a far-fetched name. Setting sail January 27th, 2024, you’re sure to make a splash (wink wink) in the Pressure Drop, the first open freefall waterslide on any ship; coupled with six record breaking water slides. This ship is perfect for any age, with "a pool for every mood." If you’re looking for any type of water activity you can think of, look no further than the Icon of the Seas.

Need to know

If you’re headed to the Icon of the Seas, make sure to check out the AquaDome - the most immersive scene at sea. You won't want to miss the shapeshifting waterfall that leads right into a dive pool, all while enjoying some of the sea's best food options.

Thinking the Utopia of the Seas is more your speed? You don’t want to miss out on their incredible food. From Japanese hibachi theatrics, to their ‘most indulgent buffet ever’ you’ll never have a craving go unsatisfied.

And of course, with Star of the Seas, there will never be a moment of boredom. Check out Crowns Edge for a thrill-inspired Wipe-Out experience.
