Sin City Opulence: My Favorite Luxury Hotels in Las Vegas
Curator’s statement

Las Vegas is known worldwide for being an adult playground, but I've learned that just because you’re playing doesn’t mean you have to cheap out on your hotel stay - or overall experience. Done are the days of sharing a space with several other people, boasting about spending as little as possible or considering your hotel room as just a place to lay your head. Over the years, Las Vegas has mastered its ability to be something for everyone, including the perfect getaway that many are seeking. Behind the smoke-filled casinos and non-stop partying, there lies luxury hotels that provide an oasis from all of the shenanigans. This side of Vegas is one that everyone should experience at least once in their life.

When you think of the monstrosity that are the hotels and casinos lining the Las Vegas Strip, you don’t really think that you could experience more of a boutique feel - but that couldn’t be farther from the truth! Every property truly has a character of its own, noteworthy experiences, delectable food offerings and hotel rooms that will make you not want to leave. But the one thing that all of these Las Vegas properties below have in common is that the minute you step off the elevator onto your floor, you enter into a whole other dimension of relaxation.

Here are some of my favorite Las Vegas luxury hotels that I can’t get enough of:

Wynn/Encore Las Vegas: The Epitome of Elegance

Wynn and Encore are synonymous with luxury in Las Vegas. The vibe here is best described as timeless elegance, with the interiors offering a harmonious blend of modern sophistication and classic luxury. Expect meticulously maintained gardens, a mesmerizing waterfall and awe-inspiring artwork.

Wynn Lobby

Guests can expect nothing short of impeccable service when staying here with the staff going above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. The rooms in both towers are spacious and exquisitely appointed, offering panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip or the surrounding mountains. Splurge on a 1200-square foot Wynn Tower Suite Parlor and get lost in the massive bathroom that’s every girl’s dream.

The shopping at Wynn Plaza is fit for a Queen/King and the incredible Lake of Dreams show at night is a personal favorite. XS nightclub at Encore is one of the hottest night spots in the city and known for its vibrant pool parties during the day, so if you're into electronic dance music, this is your paradise.

You'll find a world of culinary delights here at the Wynn & Encore offering an incredible array of fine dining perfect for a romantic date night or celebratory feast. And did I mention the backdrops? Stunning doesn’t even begin to describe it. Casual options are available, as well - but nothing is really “casual” at this luxe oasis.

The Palazzo Las Vegas: Luxury on a Grand Scale

The Palazzo Las Vegas impresses with its grandeur and a sense of lavishness that's larger than life, but still maintains a level of approachability that attracts every generation. Marble at every turn, crystal, and its dramatic design exudes extravagance and never fails to leave a lasting impression.

Palazzo Tower

The suites at The Palazzo are among the largest in Las Vegas (their Luxury King Suite being the largest standard suite on the Strip), giving you plenty of space to spread out and relax in style. And if the room doesn’t help you relax, then a day at Canyon Ranch Spa - a world-class wellness retreat within the hotel, surely will. (No matter which hotel I choose to stay at while in Vegas, I always make sure to carve out some time for R&R here.)

You'll find some of the best dining options in Vegas here, from celebrity chef restaurants like CUT by Wolfgang Puck to the classic Italian flavors at Lavo. And with The Venetian side of the resort just steps away, you have even more options to choose from!

Looking for a night cap (if that even exists in Vegas)? There are a great selection of cocktail bars to choose from or make your way on over to TAO Nightclub for a memorable time.

Book with me to gain access to the Prestige Club Lounge featuring upscale amenities such as a Prosecco check-in, access to a private concierge, daily continental breakfast and complimentary cocktail receptions.

The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas: Luxury with Style

The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas is where contemporary chic meets unbridled energy. The Cosmo is all about being in the know. It exudes a modern, cosmopolitan vibe (hence the name) with its cutting-edge design, bold art installations, and an atmosphere that encourages mingling and connection. It's a hotel that caters to the trendy, without being overly pretentious, so if you’re a social butterfly, this is the place for you.

Cosmopolitan Lobby

This property has changed hands multiple times, but many things have remained the same - fantastic service, stylish and comfortable rooms and something to see/experience at every turn. Looking for the quintessential Vegas experience? Book a Wraparound Terrace Suite with spectacular views for days.

The Cosmopolitan is known for its diverse range of dining outlets - and when I say diverse, I mean a never-ending list of options. A foodie’s paradise! If you haven’t already been wow’d by their gorgeous Chandelier Bar, which is a multi-story crystal chandelier with craft cocktails, then you’ve been missing out!

Lastly, Marquee Dayclub/Nightclub is where the party never stops. You can expect top DJs and an electric atmosphere that will keep you dancing all day/night long!

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas: Tranquility Amid the Glitz

If you're looking for a more peaceful escape amid the Vegas chaos, the Four Seasons is your sanctuary. You can expect the same Four Seasons-level hospitality that the world has come to know and love. And at this oasis of serenity, the attentive staff ensures that you’re provided with a personalized escape.

Four Season Lobby

From their more traditional lobby to the modern styled hotel rooms, you’ll be able to enjoy this retreat without the loudness of a casino or better yet, smelling like an ashtray before you even step outside. Their spacious Penthouse Suite is the perfect gathering spot for a group, complete with a fully equipped bar and branded pool table.

FS Penthouse Suite Pool Table

Take some time to unwind at their peaceful pool deck or grab a bite to eat at their Veranda restaurant, serving delectable Italian cuisine. In true Four Season’s style, the in-room dining menu will have your mouth watering.

While it's a bit quieter on the nightlife front, you're just steps away from the Strip's livelier venues. For Vegas veterans especially, this property is one that should definitely be at the top of your list!

Need to know

Each of these hotels offers a unique Las Vegas experience, from the enchanting elegance of Wynn/Encore, to the grandeur of The Palazzo, the trendy vibes at The Cosmopolitan or the peaceful escape at Four Seasons. Whichever you choose, you're in for a lavish and unforgettable time.
