Service

As expected, service at Four Seasons Anguilla is absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything had that extra special touch. During check in, they offer complimentary punch (rum optional). When it came up that I was pregnant, they gifted us a few FS-branded stuffed animals for our little one. Every staff member was beyond sweet and so accommodating.

I also love that Four Seasons offers a text line right to their concierge. You can simply send a message for anything you need — from forgetting toothpaste to changing the time on a reservation. They replied very promptly and took care of everything we needed without having to get on a phone call or stop by the desk.

Food

The view from SALT, where they host the breakfast buffet is amazing. It is worth checking out at least once if traveling with only adults, but it's a great go-to daily if traveling with kids as the selection is wide.

We ended up preferring the Bamboo Bar for breakfast as the a-la carte menu had great options and everything was made to order. The coconut pancakes and breakfast burrito were my winners!

The hotel's Sunset Lounge has a vibe — it's the perfect spot to grab a drink, lunch or have dinner. In fact, guests from other resorts come over to the Four Seasons to check this spot out during golden hour. It's more of a lounge vibe (as the name suggests), so no table cloths. The seats are comfortable and couch-like, and some nights they have a DJ performing there for added ambiance. The food is Asian-inspired, so you can get great sushi, poke bowls and more. My favorite dish was the Nasi Goreng, an Indonesian style fried rice — definitely try it!

Half Shell — we didn't make it over there but it looks like a fun vibe though situated right on the sand, so could be great for drinks and apps.

Accomodations

The resort offers a wide variety of accommodations, so there's something for every traveler. We were booked in a basic resort room and got upgraded to a room with a partial ocean view and a private plunge pool on the balcony. The private plunge pool was such a treat to come back to each night. I highly recommend this room type for couples looking for a romantic getaway or just privacy in general!

Four Seasons Anguilla also offers a wide array of larger accomodations, including penthouses (one level), residences (one level), townhomes (these function like duplexes, there are two per building that share an outer wall and they are multi-story) and villas (multi-story with 3–5 bedrooms like a house). Each of these room types comes with a personal assistant who can assist with all onsite needs during the stay. The villas also come with golf carts as they're located a bit farther from most of the restaurants and hotel amenities. Guests staying in Townhomes and Penthouses can request golf carts, but they will only be provided if available.

The penthouses are located on the top floor of the main buildings on the property and have full water views. The outdoor deck features a private infinity edge pool, day bed, private dining, sun loungers and a grill. The master bedrooms have both an indoor and outdoor shower.

Residences are located on the middle floors of the main buildings and have a private plunge pool as well as a full kitchen, in-unit laundry and other amenities.

The villas come in 3 to 5 bedroom orientations and feature a private sandpit with loungers and beach access. They each have a private pool and outdoor dining area. Breakfast can be served in the pool with a floating bar, and guests can work with their assistant to have a private chef come cook meals at the villa. The rooms are spacious and have lots of indoor/outdoor spaces with floor-to-ceiling sliders that open up.

Spa

There is an absolutely stunning infinity edge pool that spa guests can enjoy, and I highly recommend it! Not only for the views, but the quiet, private ambiance is unbeatable. It's one of my favorite memories from the trip.

Activities + Amenities

The gym on property is quite impressive with dedicated rooms for spinning, yoga/stretching, weights and cardio. They also have an outdoor gym with workout equipment set up to enjoy when the weather is nice (which is often).

The boutique on property offers everything luxury travelers could need, with a variety of high-end resort wear, and even Chanel and Birkin bags.

We rented a MOKE (for those unfamiliar, it feels like a hybrid between a Jeep and a golf cart). We did this through the concierge and spent a half day exploring the island — such a great excursion that I highly recommend! It's a fun way to see other parts of Anguilla and get around with the wind in your hair.

Kids Club

FS Anguilla offers an amazing kids club with tons of activities and special residences during high season like festive. In the past, they've had Inter Milan come do soccer camps for the kids, and they have Craft Studios doing a residency for Festive 2024. Parents can drop off their kids between 9–5 daily. In peak season, they offer night activities as well (for example, movie nights on the front lawn in front of the kids club).

Getting there

We flew into Anguilla as we wanted the convenience of already being on the island, but you can also fly into St. Maarten, which has more (and cheaper) flight options and you then take a ferry across to Anguilla. Anguilla's airport is tiny but gets the job done. As another testament to their great service, Four Seasons had a rep waiting at the airport to assist with hailing a taxi and any questions. They also had coolers of cold water to offer us, which was perfect as we were thirsty from the journey.

Need to know

Four Seasons Anguilla is the perfect Caribbean getaway for both couples and families. For those looking for romance, the adults-only areas on property are superb and various room types offer private plunge pools for privacy. Families will love the kids club, array of pools and services that cater to kids' needs.

The views are stunning, the food is great and everyone who comes here will leave with tons of happy memories. I highly recommend FS Anguilla for a luxury island vacation!
