In June 2023, our first trip to Istanbul was met with an unplanned but amazing stay at 10 Karakoy after an Airbnb stay turned sour. The attentive staff and central location to the Karakoy district couldn't be better. Upon arrival, our five-year-old was welcomed with a balloon and we were given a list of recommended places to dine in the area.

10 Karakoy is just a three-minute walk to the metro that takes you to any corner of the city. Within walking distance you have access to the Bosphorus as well as the Karakoy district, which is a lively area at night with bars, coffee shops, shopping and eateries. The hotel itself has a thoughtfully designed contemporary lobby, equipped with quieter areas to take business calls. The serve a daily Turkish-style breakfast buffet, and they even have a rooftop bar with views of the Bosphorus and old city.
