The Best Las Vegas Hotel Casinos
Curator’s statement

When booking a trip to Las Vegas, trying to decide on the perfect hotel can be overwhelming. I put together this guide to highlight two of my favorite Las Vegas hotel-casino options. You can’t go wrong with a stay at either of these five-star hotels! Each offers a unique experience that will have you looking forward to your next trip to Sin City immediately.

The Cosmopolitan

This Las Vegas hotel-casino is best for those looking for a chic, yet lively, getaway. Upon entering, visitors are welcomed by a massive gambling floor with a multi-story chandelier in the background – perfect for photo-ops! Additionally to the table games and slot machines, The Cosmopolitan has a primely located sports betting bar and lounge area.

As you make your way through the casino to the hotel, make sure to grab a quick bite at Hattie B’s Hot Chicken or at Secret Pizza. Pro tip: Secret Pizza also has some of the cheapest drinks on the strip.

Gambling and gastronomy are only the starting point at The Cosmopolitan. This hotel-casino also features the famous rooftop day club, Marquee. If a relaxing pool day is more your speed, they have a pool for that too!

When it is time to head to your room, head straight to the balcony. Every room at the Cosmopolitan has one and they provide unbeatable views of the strip.

Wynn Las Vegas

On the north end of the Last Vegas strip lies Wynn Las Vegas. This hotel-casino boasts one of the widest selections of table games and slots on the strip. It is also home to Las Vegas' most notable poker rooms. If casual gambling poolside sounds like your kind of Las Vegas vacation, they have options for that too!

During your stay, make sure to book a table at on-site restaurant, Delilah, for a taste of old Vegas or find your way to La Cave – Wine & Food Hideaway. La Cave Brunch offers a new take on the traditional Las Vegas brunch with butler-style carts meandering through the restaurant bringing dishes to you! Add their drink package to brunch for a truly great start to your day.

This hotel is perfect for those looking to be near the action of the strip, without being fully immersed at all hours. A stay here is a relaxing, luxurious Las Vegas hotel casino experience.

Need to know

A stay at either The Cosmopolitan or Wynn Las Vegas is perfect for those looking to enjoy all the Las Vegas strip has to offer while enjoying a luxurious, amenity-rich home base.
