There are two different retreats you can experience (or you can choose to do both!) depending on your personal preferences and length of stay in Japan.

Setouchi

Setouchi and Tohoku are located on opposite sides of Japan. If you're planning to visit both regions, consider adding a few days to explore the vibrant cities of Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo.
