There are two different retreats you can experience (or you can choose to do both!) depending on your personal preferences and length of stay in Japan.
Setouchi
Spiritual awakening in Fukuyama:

Next, visit the iconic Godaido Temple, a symbol of Matsushima, before embarking on a Zen meditation session at Zuiganji Temple, guided by a knowledgeable monk. Savor a traditional Buddhist lunch and explore the serene Japanese Garden at Entsuin. Spend the afternoon at your leisure, exploring the bay or delving deeper into the region's cultural heritage.Whisky distillation in Sendai:

Need to know
Setouchi and Tohoku are located on opposite sides of Japan. If you're planning to visit both regions, consider adding a few days to explore the vibrant cities of Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. This allows you to experience wellness retreats while also experiencing the food and culture of Japan’s most famous cities.
