At Nizuc, the pool is next to the beach and the beach is next to the pool. It is completely acceptable if you choose to spend your entire time here.
The surrounding mangroves are giving the beach a hug.
The staff at Nizuc care about taking care of you. They have some good jokes, too.
You can order tasty, fresh food while at said pool or at the beach, or even in the pool at the swim-up bar.
The spa, complete with a hydrotherapy circuit, private pool and private massage cabanas — more details on this later because it’s earned itself a monologue.
Hydrotherapy Circuit – Guided, in the best way. Sauna → cold shower → steam (face mask and scrub) → cold plunge → thermal vitality pool → ice room → heated stone lounger and scalp treatment. Your nervous system will thank you.
Chill lounge – Chlorophyll water, teas, fresh fruit. Hydrate before your massage.
Mayan Cacao Ritual – Chocolate + massage.
Couples’ Massage Cottages – Private pool suite, three-course meal, two-hour treatment
Extend your leisure time and linger at the spa pool.
It’s only 15 minutes from the airport, yet tranquil and walled off by lush flora, making it feel like a world away.
Tapache. Fermented pineapple deliciousness. You can make it from pineapple rind! So good with some smoky mezcal. Also, I haven’t tried it yet, but I was missing paradise and found this lil' guy at the grocery store the other day.
Speaking of, the bartenders. After just one night, they’ll remember you and your favorite cocktail that they made special for you the night before.
On-site, complimentary snorkeling, paddle board, yoga and jet skis.Exclusive snorkeling on Punta Nizuc, well-known for its reef. If you paddle too far out, don’t worry — they’ll come rescue you on a jet ski.
