Site Inspection at SLS at Baha Mar

The resort is located about 15 minutes from the Lynden Pindling International Airport. There are plenty of taxis outside so no need to book a transfer ahead of time. It is an adults only resort but it shares its property with the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar so you will still see kids around at the restaurants as the Grand Hyatt can still go to the SLS ones. The SLS has 299 rooms.

Superior Suites are located on the third or fifth floors. The ocean view King and Queen rooms are on the ninth to 11th floors. The one and two bedroom and suites are located on the 11th to 19th floors. The Skybar (rooftop bar) is on the 20th floor.

The SLS is slowly renovating each of their rooms. The old decor is all white, so they are trying to add a pop of color with the revamp. I was able to see one of these newly renovated rooms at my site inspection.

The SLS has two pools of its own. The Privilege Pool is where the party happens. A DJ is playing music there all day. You can reserve cabanas at the pool. Pay attention to the inclusions of the cabanas as some provide a bottle of champagne and maybe a fruit platter while others use the fee that you paid as your food and beverage credit. The Bungalow Pool has dedicated pool concierges to bring you all of your cocktail needs.

Other forms of entertainment may include playing some pickleball, a round of golf, visiting the casino or relaxing at the spa.

There are so many options for food and you can find something for every palate. The prices for food are not cheap so the complimentary breakfast for two perks that we offer is a huge savings. All restaurants add a 15% service charge in addition to the VAT.

I recommend SLS Baha Mar for an adults only getaway whether you're a couple, going on a girls or boys trip, or a big group of friends.
