I visited Bethany Beach Ocean Suites Residence Inn by Marriott. It is located in Bethany Beach, DE, and is undergoing a complete interior renovation (as of April 2022). The staff are very friendly, and you can tell they enjoy working with each other and truly love their jobs at every level.

Highlights
All rooms are all set up with a bathroom, a small kitchen, a bedroom and a separate seating area with a pull-out sofa overlooking either the town or the ocean and a balcony. The corner rooms have the most windows. Each room could sleep up to six people. It is great for families, but it is also suitable for couples. The rooms are well-equipped for longer stays since they have ample room and a kitchen.
The property is right in the heart of Bethany Beach. Wedding ceremonies can take place on the beach and then move into their ballroom area for the reception.
There are meeting spaces, including a room with a large TV and white board as well as a room with a large conference room. This property could be good for small corporate events.
