This resort was incredible. My first impression was the impeccable and kind customer service received upon check-in and check-out. The entire stay was wonderful with immediate service upon every request. The hotel was beautiful and convenient to the beach and downtown Waikiki, shopping, dining and fun. We loved that there was an onsite ABC Store for the travel essentials we needed. The service at the pool bar and deck was incredible, too. We were served quickly and treated like we were important. Additionally, we were very impressed with their gym and fitness facility. It had every machine we needed and it was all high-end equipment. Overall, every single member of this staff and the resort as a whole were fantastic!

This resort offers immediate help towards any needs or questions, delicious food, a convenient location, gorgeous lobby, valet or self parking and a welcome gift brought to our room the first night. It's a wonderful stay that I'd recommend to anyone!
