The Hotel
Nestled in the heart of Tribeca, a prime location in lower Manhattan, The Roxy Hotel stands out as the ultimate destination for your stay. Immerse yourself in its captivating art-deco, mid-century, modern ambiance that seamlessly flows throughout the entire establishment. From the moment you step through the doors, the friendly and helpful staff warmly welcome you.
Beyond the front desk lies the dynamic and electrifying lobby space. It's a versatile haven where you can effortlessly transition between hanging out, working, enjoying a great cup of coffee or delicious lunch, engaging in a game of pool or simply indulging in some people-watching. The lobby transcends being just a space; it's an experience.
Capture the essence of your NYC trip with the hotel's photo booth, adding a touch of nostalgia to your memories. To further enhance your stay, the hotel offers a 24-hour gym equipped with a Peloton to service your fitness needs. Additionally, they have a dedicated guest experience advisor to assist you with any additional booking needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout your stay.
The Rooms
This hotel offers a diverse range of rooms to cater to every preference. The rooms have been fully renovated, but still exude the timeless art-deco charm. As you head up to your floor to enter your room of choice, enjoy the atrium elevator with a panoramic view of the expansive lobby.
Whether you're booking one of the Penthouse suites or the comfortable Roxy King rooms, the hotel ensures a booking experience tailored to your needs. Inside your accommodations, discover the charming addition of record players with a selection of vinyls, adding a touch of nostalgia to your stay.
Situated in a great location, most rooms offer spectacular city views, enhancing your overall experience. For those traveling with a group, the hotel provides numerous connecting room options, providing a seamless and enjoyable stay for everyone in your party.
The Location
Tribeca, also known as the triangle below Canal Street, stands out as an exceptional area to stay in Manhattan. A stay at The Roxy means you have everything you need right at your fingertips without even leaving the hotel. For your morning coffee fix, Jack's Stir Brew is conveniently located in the lobby. If you want a delicious meal, head to the Oyster Bar where the ahi tuna crudo and kale caesar are my personal favorites. And don't forget to indulge in a side of fries. They also have a great bar called the Roxy Bar with a sizable selection of cocktails, the refreshing Down in Mexico being my favorite.
Want an exciting night out, venture downstairs to The Django for a night of jazz, dancing, and expertly crafted cocktails. If you're in the mood for a more intimate setting, check out Paul's Cocktail Lounge for a night of cocktails and dancing. For a cozy and laid-back evening, the Roxy Cinema is the perfect spot to enjoy a classic film with some candy and fresh popcorn.
However, if you decide to explore the area, the options are endless. For the best pancakes in the city, brunch at Bubby's. Treat yourself to a three or four-course dinner with breathtaking city views at Manhatta. Au Cheval has one of my favorite burgers in the city, and don't miss out on the General Jane’s fried chicken or the chocolate cream pie accompanied with an espresso martini. You can also head to The Odeon for a dirty martini, oysters, steak tartare, and another great burger. If you are in the mood for sushi, be sure to go to Nobu Downtown. They offer fresh sushi and a lively atmosphere.
Looking for activities nearby, go unwind and treat yourself to a day at the AIRE Ancient Baths spa). If you're in the mood for shopping, head to Soho. Want to explore more? Take a stroll through the West Village for a delightful meal, shopping or night out. Want to try some amazing Chinese food? Embark on a food tour in Chinatown. There is so much to do!
