The One&Only is a true gem, unlike anything else. This resort just received three MICHELIN Keys (MICHELIN’s highest honor)! The One & Only Mandarina is set in a tropical forest, and each villa feels like a private retreat. The floor-to-ceiling windows make you feel like you're living in the treetops. The outdoor bathtub with views of the jungle and the heated plunge pool were simply dreamy. Every villa is its own standalone oasis, giving you the utmost privacy and luxury.

The resort has its own private beach, exclusive to guests. The sand is golden and the water is calm and swimmable. There are endless activities to keep you busy, from paddleboarding, kayaking and even surfing lessons.

When it comes to dining, One&Only Mandarina shines with its farm-to-table offerings, using ingredients from nearby farms, local fishermen and their own organic garden. Every meal we had was beyond incredible. The dining experience was top-notch at every restaurant we went to.

As for activities, the resort is an outdoor lover’s paradise. From guided hikes and horseback riding to watching polo matches. The spa focuses on holistic wellness with treatments inspired by local healing traditions. My massage was a solid 10/10!
