I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Madrona Hotel in Healdsburg, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the hotel's outstanding level of hospitality.

Upon arrival, the valet warmly welcomed us and seamlessly guided us to the front desk. To our surprise and delight, we were offered glasses of champagne during check-in, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay.

One of the standout features of the hotel is its inviting and lively living room. Its cozy ambiance creates the perfect atmosphere to relax and mingle with other guests or even locals. The carefully crafted cocktails served at the European style bar added a touch of elegance to our evenings. The property features nooks and crannies everywhere that are thoughtfully curated and beckon you to sit and enjoy a book or conversation.

The rooms at the Madrona Hotel are truly unique, offering a blend of historical charm and modern comfort. Designed by the renowned Jay Jeffers, each room tastefully combines elegance and style. The attention to detail is evident, and the beds were heavenly. Many of the rooms have fireplaces.

In addition to its distinctive rooms, the hotel offers convenient amenities to enhance the overall experience. The availability of a hotel car, ready to transport guests for a short ride to town, makes exploring Healdsburg's attractions a breeze. The Madrona Hotel also boasts a stunning wedding venue capable of accommodating 150 people, making it an excellent choice for those planning special events or large dinners.

For fitness enthusiasts, the hotel provides a spacious and well-equipped gym. What sets the Madrona Hotel apart is its almost anti-resort approach but with the same level of service you would expect at a brand name resort. It's definitely a vibe. I love that it is dog friendly and they provide a welcome amenity for your furry friend. Additionally, the use of Flamingo estate bath products in the bathrooms ensured a luxurious and indulgent stay.
