Curator’s statement
Drift Nashville opened in early 2024 after renovating a long-time eye-sore in Nashville along the interstate and close to Nissan Stadium. Those two things - close to the interstate and Nissan Stadium — make this location perfect for many types of travelers. The style is true to the Drift brand. Community is at the forefront, staff is kind and technology makes the stay feel modern.

Drift Hotels are curated to have a local ethos with a Baja, some may say, boho, style. While their décor is rich and interesting, the hotels keep a touch of minimalism, leading to a uniquely Drift style.
Drift Nashville is East Nashville's newest boutique hotel. Within walking distance to Nissan Stadium, the location is great for NFL football games and the plethora of summer concerts that take place there! It also is located near I-24 to provide easy access to the airport, neighboring cities and other areas of Nashville. A 10-minute Uber can get you just about anywhere from Drift Nashville!
The local ethos sets Drift Nashville apart from other hotels. They have a number of weekly events that are open to hotel visitors, as well as the community at large. The pool became a hotspot in East Nashville during their first summer open thanks to a great, creative poolside bar, cabanas and plenty of space to lay around with friends — old and new. There is also a café in the lobby called Dawn Café. The coffee is wonderful and the food beats the Starbucks run! In addition to the poolside bar, the lobby is home to the Sun Room. The Sun Room is a beautifully designed bar that includes a gorgeous terrazzo-flecked bar.
The hotel has a great range of room types. The average solo or couple travelers will find their standard rooms trendy and modern. They also have a range of suites available. Multiple 2–3 bedroom suites are available, along with a Penthouse that has unbeatable skyline views. Packages are also available for bachelor/ette parties to level up the experience.
One thing to note about Drift — the community events, in-house bars and café that make this site unique, may be a drawback for some travelers. Older travelers looking for quiet, those with young children (older children would be great for a multi-room suite!) and travelers with limited technology adoption may not be completely satisfied with their stay.
Need to know
The hotel would be great for younger couples, group trips or those looking for fun in Nashville — but maybe not directly downtown. This would also be a great hotel for a wedding suite with amazing skyline views and great design would make it a great getting ready space. The hotel is also very close to Nissan Stadium, which is home to the Tennessee Titans and many concerts.
